Privacy Policy

DailyInvoice ("we", "us") is a GST billing and inventory service provided by Bhavya Enterprises. This policy explains what information the DailyInvoice website (dailyinvoice.tech) and the DailyInvoice Android app collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: helpdesk@bhavyaentrprises.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, company name, GSTIN (optional) and a password, which is stored only as a one-way hash.
• Business records you enter — clients, vendors, items, invoices, quotations, purchase orders, payments, expenses, bank-statement entries and similar records.
• Files you upload — such as your logo, signature and attachments.
• e-Invoice credentials, if you choose to connect e-invoicing — stored encrypted and used only to talk to the government e-invoice system on your behalf.
• Technical data — server logs (IP address, time, pages requested, errors) needed to run and secure the service, and a session cookie (or, in the app, a sign-in token stored in the phone’s secure storage) that keeps you signed in.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and the app does not access your contacts, location, camera or microphone.

How we use it

• To provide the service: create and store your documents, calculate tax, produce reports and keep stock.
• To send emails you ask for, such as an invoice to your customer, and service messages about your account.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your information or your business data, and we do not use your business records to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who run parts of the service for us — cloud database hosting, servers, and email delivery — under obligations to protect it.
• The government e-invoice system (IRP), only when you register an e-invoice, and only the invoice details that registration requires.
• Your customers and vendors, when you share a document with them — anyone with a shared document link can view that document.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

To fill in city and state from a pincode, the pincode alone is looked up with the India Post pincode service.

How we protect it

Data travels over HTTPS. Each business’s records are kept in a separate database, passwords are hashed, and e-invoice credentials are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and records while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account we delete it as described on the account deletion page, except records we must keep by law. Invoices and tax records are your business records: download anything you need before deleting.

Your choices and rights

• See and correct your information in the app or website at any time.
• Export your records from the reports and lists (CSV and JSON).
• Ask us to delete your account and data — see how to delete your account.

Children

DailyInvoice is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top. Significant changes will also be notified in the app or by email.
